Michael Cote had a great blog entry a couple of weeks back on the value of customer service via blogs. The top was what got me blogging at Sun. There are some great examples of innovation going on out there in the blogosphere and product teams are bringing those teams into the enterprise. Meebo has provided us with another way to innovate. They have created a widget that you can deploy in your blog that allows you to talk with customers or readers of your content. Check this out!!
Now it could be tough to manage in an enterprise setting but I am willing to give it a try. Let’s see what happens.
